Our service provides route creation and optimization tools powered by the Google Maps API. Please note that the Google Maps API limits route optimization to 25 intermediate stops. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, our Service (or any part thereof) without notice. To access our website, you'll need a stable internet connection. This can be Wi-Fi or your mobile data plan.We are not responsible for Team Tracker website not working at full functionality if you're having poor internet connectivity or insufficient mobile data. we may wish to update the Team Tracker mobile app. The app is currently available on Android.You’ll be required to download the updates if you want to keep using the app.
Your subscription fee will be charged to your saved payment method 7 days after your initial purchase. You can cancel your subscription at any time within the 7-day trial period without any charges. After that your subscription will automatically starts or You would be asked to pay your bill using payment method . Canceling your subscription can only be done through the Team Tracker website dashboard. Customers who do not wish to continue using Team Tracker website after the free trial ends must cancel their subscription. Once you upgrade to a paid subscription, your free trial will automatically end.
Your subscription fee is non-refundable, even if you cancel your subscription before the end of the billing cycle. Our billing cycle consists of 30 days. Payment provides access to Team Tracker web app, it is not for specific usage.
All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents, related to our Service are owned by us or our licensors.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
You agree that you will not bring any claim or action against us in any court of law or equity arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. So we recommend you to review it periodically.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
